Carter Cruickshank  is the daughter of Hector Cruickshank and the late Linda Lamb and is the baby sister of two wonderfully whacky brothers, Jarrett and Wyatt Cruickshank. This is not Carter’s first walk down the aisle with her partner David Snyder; she was a page with him during the 2001 Winter Carnival. Carter is involved in both the yearbook committee and the Key Club. In the fall, Carter plans on attending college to study special education
