Justin Hicks, son of Timothy and Yvonne Hicks, has brothers, Andrew and David, and a sister, Tasha, was raised in Waterville, New York and is a graduate of the Waterville Central School System.  He will graduate from Paul Smith’s College in May, 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Adventure Tourism, and Ecotourism.  After Graduation, Justin plans to live in Alaska and travel the world.  His special interests include hiking, canoeing, camping, and photography.  While on campus, Justin has been employed as a Resident Assistant and is now Head Resident Assistant.  He has also made the Paul Smith’s Deans List.  Other employment has included the Cedarlands Scout Reservation in Long Lake and Camp Kushtaka in Alaska.  Justin is a member of the Oriskany Falls Volunteer Fire Department and Assistant Scout Master for Waterville Troop 108.  During his long association with scouting Justin achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
