All vendors are required to fill out and return a vendor agreement form and a deposit check by January 11, 2019. Any vendor serving food or beverages will also be responsible for securing an operating permit from the New York State Department of Health at least 30 days before the event. Vendor applications can be downloaded below, or picked up at the Saranac Lake Area Chamber of Commerce office, 39 Main St. in Saranac Lake, NY 12983. Completed applications should be returned or mailed there as well.
